Intense is definitely a great adjective to describe MTV’s newest digital drama “Disconnected”. I haven’t seen a movie like this ever. The characters are so real it’s hard to forget you’re watching a movie and not a reality TV Show. If you haven’t heard of it, “Disconnected” follows 4 teenagers from 4 different places who are all connected through social networks, texting an live streaming.  They all show what they want others to see. They deal with living with depression, online relationships, offline relationships and being accepted. This movie showcases that what you do online has consequences offline.  It definitely made me think about how I connect with the world when I’m plugged in. My favorite character was Isaiah (Played by Jordan Calloway). I didn’t expect the ending and for it to be such a powerful movie. It was very touching and I cried at the end.  If you haven’t seen it you should watch it. If you have seen it, what did you think of it?
