–& Lola & Daddy Issues I finally got Lola up and running. She is in no way shape or form a beautiful car but she runs and she runs well. She broke down on me within the first thirty minutes of driving but it was a minor problem. My biological dad fixed it ASAP. I must give him credit for a guy who wanted nothing to do with me til I grew up he’s a stand up type of guy. I still won’t call him dad though. My step dad earned that title by raising me. I remember growing up I would first call my step father “Big Antoine” while all my step brothers and sisters would call him dad. I wanted a dad too and he took that tile on. That takes a wonderful man to do what he did. I eventually started calling him dad too and although he’s no longer married to my mother he will forever be dad to me. I love. He’s not perfect but I wouldn’t trade him for the world.

–& Dating I asked this guy out to the movies a while ago and he said yes but he’s also turning out to be a jerk.  He texts me like three hours after I text him all the time and it irks me. I’m patient but not that patient. He wants me to chase him and in no way shape or form would I ever do such a thing. He’s such a freakin’ athlete and I don’t wait around for anyone. I told my cousin that I’m a first draft pick I don’t have to settle for no one.  I have a nice selection of guys to choose from now a days but none of them have me emotionally attached. It takes a lot to get me to that point. In my last relationship I didn’t tell my ex I loved him for about a year.  I definitely take my time in a relationship I must say.

I watched “Friends With Benefits” twice over the weekend and I swear I want my life to be like that movie.  It was very entertaining. Justin Timberlake is so fine (I couldn’t help myself).

–& Job Hunting I’m still getting job offers but none of them are near where I live. I don’t want to move unless I get a really great job offer that I can’t refuse. Pittsburgh is way too nice to just uproot myself. [insert sarcasm here] lolz

–& My weekend in a nutshell I partied (went clubbing and attracted a lot of attention, gave out a fake number numerous times and got a little drunk), I went to Kennywood (got on a water ride and walked around the park wet all day in short shorts and bikini top) and I got my car. I can only imagine what next weekend will bring. How was your holiday?
