Some people discover a void in Pittsburgh’s cultural scene and move elsewhere in search of that thing. Jamyce Patterson is not that person. She saw a disconnect in Pittsburgh’s model and fashion scene and in the spirit of not thinking small Style & Glam Pittsburgh was born. She’s hosted shows and molded models through her model coaching services and it was only right that she created Style & Glam Models. Style & Glam Models isn’t just any Pittsburgh modeling agency but it’s movement.

Next month Style & Glam Pittsburgh hosts a one of a kind modeling competition.  Glam Model Pittsburgh and Teen Glam Model  is an opportunity to showcase what Pittsburgh has to offer and there are amazing prizes up for grabs. The categories for the Glam Model Pittsburgh Competition includes personal style, runway, evening wear, and interview. Sure, the winner will get a crown and a sash but more than just that is up for grabs. The Glam Model winner also gets jewelry, model coaching, a red-carpet hosting gig, and a one-year contract with Style & Glam Pittsburgh’s modeling agency.

This glamorous event is November 10^th from 6:30-10:30 at the Comfort Inn Grand Ballroom. Expect the Pittsburgh fashion scene to show up in full glam. Pittsburgh’s Top Model is a six week televised model competition where models compete in various contests for a sweet grand prize. Competition is fierce as auditions are already under way and it will be as much entertaining as it is educational for fashion enthusiasts.
